College & Young Adults Spring 2017 Event Schedule

College & Young Adults,

Bernardo and I have thought through our Spring Event schedule and we wanted to share that with you all so that calendars can be marked and to help y’all plan ahead!

These events listed below will have a separate post for the individual event with more details, so please be on the lookout for those posts.

Also, just as a reminder, these events go through a rotation of our three identities as a church: family, discipleship, and mission. These events are meant to serve as an opportunity for young adults to learn apart from House Church, where we believe is the primary environment for inter-generational relationships, fellowship, and discipleship. However, these events are purposely created for an environment where college & young adults can periodically unite as a group, meet new faces, and where inviting friends that you are individually reaching out to is welcomed.

Events:

-Friday, January 27 (evening): Bible Study
6:30-9PM @ The Robie’s

-Friday, February 17 (evening): Mission Training Talk #1 (Italy & Chengdu Panel)
6:30-9PM @ The Vargas’

-Friday, March 24 (evening): Cooking Class for HC
6:30-9PM @ The Baugh’s

-Friday, April 21 (evening): Guys & Girls Night (Topical Teaching)
6:30-9PM @ The Becquet’s (RESCHEDULED)

-Saturday, April 22 (afternoon/evening): Beach Day 4-9pm

-Saturday, May 20 (afternoon/evening): Guys vs. Girls Cook-Off
6-9:30PM @ The Frazier’s

This is the tentative skeleton of events, new events might be added throughout the semester. These dates might be subject to change, but we will definitely announce any changes to the individual posts and on this post. I hope this is helpful, and we look forward to another great semester! Please let either Bernardo or myself know if you have any questions! Thank you.
